The Global Conference, hosted by the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) — the largest bar association in the United States — and supported by the Law Times, opened on October 16 at the Hanyang University Institute of Technology (HIT) in Sangeun-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul. Under the theme “International Transactions and Disputes in a New Paradigm,” the conference runs through October 18 and explores the role of the legal profession amid rapid technological, social, and economic changes.
