This panel discussion was led by co-moderators Jinhee Kim from Jipyong and Dr. Lars Markert from Nishimura & Asahi. Tae Hun analyzde the financial burdens and risks that corporations face in the course of international disputes (arbitration and litigation). He will also share practical solutions and strategic applications of TPF that help address these challenges from a financial perspective. In addition, the presentation will propose the most realistic alternatives to the structural limitations of arbitration—namely, cost and time—and deliver a core message on enhancing accessibility and fairness in arbitration through TPF.
This carries great significance as it goes beyond procedural or institutional reform to present, for the first time at an international conference held in Korea, the global trend of integrating law and finance.
