LITIG Equity Partners held 1st 2024 Korea TPF seminar at JW Marriott on July 2, 2024. The seminar, titled "Successful Disputes Finance Utilization Strategy for Cross-Border Disputes", featured presentations from legal experts. Sup-joon Byun (Foreign Attorney) and Harold Noh (Attorney) from Kim & Chang delivered a talk on "Trends and Current Status of International Disputes in Overseas Business." Taehun Lee, a foreign attorney from LITIG Equity Partners, gave a presentation on "Effective Negotiation Strategies for International Dispute Funding."

Additionally, Lau Chee Chong from OMNI Bridgeway shared "Successful Funding Support Cases by Global Funding Groups for International Disputes." This segment is expected to garner significant interest from representatives of Korean companies that frequently encounter cross-border disputes.

Following the presentations, a panel discussion was moderated by Professor Joon-Hyug Chung of Seoul National University Law School. Panelists include Ji-Hyun Choi (Foreign Attorney, Doosan Enerbility), Chee Chong Lau (OMNI Bridgeway), Eun-Nyoung Lee (Attorney, Yulchon LLC), Jinseung Moon (CEO, LITIG Equity Partners).
