LITIG Equity Partners held 2nd 2024 Korea TPF forum at JW Marriot Seoul on November 1, 2024. The forum was titled "TPF utilization for cross-border disputes".
Speakers of the forum were Kim & Chang’s foreign attorney Sup-Joon Byun, LITIG Equity Partners’ foreign attorney Taehun Lee, Mitchell Dearness and Lau Chee Chong from OMNI Bridgeway.
Following the presentations, a panel discussion on "Strategic Responses by Korean Companies to International Disputes and Utilization of TPF" was held. Moderated by Professor Joon-Hyug Chung of Seoul National University Law School, the panel featured participants including Youngil Ma, head of Samsung SDS’s Overseas Legal Group; Lau Chee Chong of OMNI Bridgeway; Sae Youn Kim, an attorney from Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration Group; and Jinseung Moon, CEO of LITIG Equity Partners.
